What is the Home Benefits Plus Program (HBP)?
Home Benefits Plus (HBP) is a preferred employer program offered exclusively by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. Home Benefits Plus is designed to save your Employee’s or Associates money when buying or selling a home. The program benefits include cost savings on real estate transactions and related products and services. These exclusive benefits are only available to participating companies who have registered for the program through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. By becoming a member of HBP, your employees will enjoy substantial discounts and advantages when purchasing or selling a home. They will also enjoy savings from our many partners.
With HBP, the process is simple as we will provide your employee with an experienced Counselor known as a “Personal Move Manager” who will discuss their real estate needs and connect them with an experienced agent to assist them with their housing needs. Your Personal Move Manager will be able to answer questions, guide them through the home buying process, explain the HPB program in more detail and provide resources that will help them throughout the entire transaction; all at a cost saving to the employee.
Our move manager will be able to recommend moving vendors, lenders, closing attorneys to help you arrange your move. And it only takes a phone call to get the process started.
